課程概述 |
The basic training of bioinformatics principles and tools is going to be mentioned in this course, including sequence alignment, database searching, phylogenetic analysis, gene and promoter prediction, protein/RNA structure as well as function and pathway in systems biology. |
課程目標 |
This course is designed to guide graduate students applying different bioinformatic tools to launch genomic, proteomic, and phylogenetic study. With abundant information from those public databases, students will learn how to integrate and interpret gene/gene products and related functions in gene level as well as in genomic level. |
